World of Hyatt Rooms Renovation Summary Form

In order to be eligible for a World of Hyatt key room/room inventory adjustment, the hotel's room renovation project must meet the following criteria as published on HyattConnect:

1) During the renovation period, at least 25% of the hotel's total key rooms/room inventory (per Hyperion) must undergo renovation, and

2) On average, rooms undergoing renovation should be out of service for 30 or more consecutive days. Once the available rooms during the renovation period exceeds 95% of total key rooms, the hotel will no longer qualify for the World of Hyatt key room/room inventory adjustment.

Approval Requirements:

1) Hotel General Manager must submit the Renovation Adjustment request to their Regional Finance team at least 60 days prior to beginning renovation.

2) Regional Finance must share approved renovation requests with Loyalty Finance at least 30 days prior to the start of the renovation.

3) If the renovation schedule changes from the initially approved request, a new Summary Form must be submitted to receive the WOH rooms adjustment.

For each month under renovation, fill out the below fields. Please be sure to select a single month for each individual month under renovation and enter the required room counts in order for each month to be considered and evaluated for renovation. If your approved renovation exceeds 12 months, please submit another form for the additional months.
