Health Education Advisory Panel

By submitting this form, you are indicating interest in participation of the 2022-2023 Health Education Advisory Panel. This panel will work to revise the Health Education and Sexuality Education Standards and Performance Indicators for approval by the State Board of Education.

Membership on this panel will require participation in approximately four - six meetings and convenings over the 2022-2023 school year.

K-12 educators will need administrator approval prior to submitting your application.

This application does not guarantee acceptance or commit your time. Participation agreement*

I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this event. If I am chosen from the candidate pool, I agree to commit to the entire process July 2022 - May 2023. There are tentatively six virtual meetings - two during the 2022 summer and four during the 2022-23 school year. I am able to participate in virtual meeting and/or remote work during July 2022 - May 2023 to complete revisions and recommendations to Oregon Health Education Standards by May 2023. Participation agreement must be checked to continue.
