ICA Official Transcript Requests

This Transcript Request form is for Official Transcripts. If you need an Unofficial copy for yourself, please download it from the student/guardian Genius account. Parents and students 18 years of age or older may request an official transcript.

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time for each transcript request. Requests are handled in the order they are received. An automated email will be sent to the Requestor Email Address upon completion of the request.

NOTICE: All other requests like mailed transcripts, diploma reprints, and notarizations must be submitted through Parchment.com. This gives you tracking information as well. Requests for emailed or faxed official transcripts will still be submitted here free of charge.

No records will be sent out for any student accounts with an overdue balance.
