Set Aside (Expungement) Clinic Registration Form

Public Defender Services of Lane County (PDS) and the Restored Connections Peer Center (RCPC) are hosting a record expungement clinic for adults in the community on August 8th, 2025. RCPC, Lane PDS, and the City of Eugene* are dedicated to removing barriers to employment, housing, and justice through peer-centered support and legal services.


Please fill out the following initial Criminal Record Expungement screening form for the Set Aside clinic. Answer ALL questions to the best of your abilities.


Please note that eligibility screening may take up to two weeks to complete. Clinic location will be shared closer to the clinic date and upon approval of the eligibility form.
