In addition to completing this application, you will need to submit a letter of recommendation from your pastor and complete the VIRTUS training along with the background check. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO BE BACKGROUND CHECKED. TAX ID NUMBERS WILL NOT SUFFICE. If you already have a letter of recommendation from your pastor, please attach a scanned copy to this application. For anyone new to VIRTUS, an email with instructions will be sent to you from the Safe Environment Office.
