Additional Requirements for Nomination

Candidates must be nominated by the Department Chair and/or tenured faculty members who hold the rank of Professor in cooperation with the Chair.

The following documentation is required to complete the nomination:

A letter (no more than three pages in length) explaining the candidate’s unique contributions to research, scholarship, and/or creative achievement
Nominee’s CV
Copies of the nominee’s activity reports and any other related material* that might strengthen the nomination.

*This material might include reprints of publications, information about grants received, copies of books, book chapters, patents, and commissioned works, as well as reports of performances, special recognition by professional societies, or other evidence of distinction.
