Blackout Exception Request

If you believe your event contributes to the mission of the priority event, you may submit an exception request for consideration to have your event hosted during its blackout period.

Requests will not be reviewed until at least 30 days prior to the start of the priority event. (This does not mean you will receive a status update at 30 days prior. This is when we begin reviewing them.)

Requests are not guaranteed. If your event is approved, event support will be minimal, if any, and approval will only be granted for the current year. While your event may have occurred during a blackout period in years past, it was always an exception to the policy that was granted on a year-to-year basis. For more information on our policies, please visit our website: https://admin.lmu.edu/ces/events/exploreplan/policies/.

(If your event has multiple dates, you must fill out a separate form for each date you're requesting.)

Which blackout are you requesting that this would this take place during?*
