ATM2025 - Demonstration Permit Application

Demonstration/entertainment are allowed at ATM this year. This includes live cooking displays, special treatments/massages/tattooists, live seminar areas/presentations, performing acts such as magicians, dance displays, singers, bands and/or musical performance, acrobats, live animal displays.


Any presentation/demonstration/live display likely to interest groups of 10 or more people must be located towards the centre of the stand and clearly shown on the stand drawings submitted.


Stages and presentation areas will NOT be permitted on the perimeter of stands. Stands should be designed so that any audience is accommodated within the stand space and not the surrounding aisles. If any presentation/demonstration causes obstruction within the gangway and/or excess noise or nuisance to any other Exhibitor, visitor or the Organisers, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the presentation/demonstration or restrict the frequency.

This form is compulsory for all exhibitors to complete for EACH entertainer or performer that will be working on their stand. All fields marked with a * are compulsory. This information is as defined and requested by the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET). If you have entertainers working on your stand and do not complete this form fines WILL be issued by DET and/or the organisers of Arabian Travel Market.


There is a fee of AED 650 inclusive of VAT for each entertainer or performer. This must be paid onsite at the organiser's office (credit card only) where the individual permit will then be issued. INCOMPLETE OR LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Entertainment permits application will not be approved and issued without a copy of the following requirements to be uploaded as file attachments:


  1. Passport & a current photograph.
  2. Photo upload requirements: file type (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif), file size (greater than 500KB but less than 10MB), quality (coloured photo w/ clear & solid background), dimensions (min: 300 pixels wide x 400 pixels high; max: 1500 pixels wide x 2000 pixels high)
  3. Your Photos must not be more than 6 months old
  4. Passport upload requirements: file type (jpg, jpeg, gif), file size (greater than 500KB & less than 10MB), quality (high quality, clear contents)
  5. Mandatory data to be shown are: full name, passport no., issue & expiry dates, issuing country, first three (3) pages •
  6. Residency visa page (in case of UAE residents)
  7. Emirate ID upload requirements: file type (.jpeg, .jpg, .gif), file size (greater than 500KB & less than 10MB. Mandatory data to be shown front and back.
  8. Headshot required for website and on-site collateral.

For every entertainer or performer permit application, there is a fee of 650 AED (inc. VAT). This must be paid by credit card only at the event in the Organisers Office (Office 4.2).


Upon receipt of payment, the individual permit will then be issued. PLEASE TICK THE BOX BELOW TO AGREE THAT YOU WILL PAY THESE FEES.
