Ascend 2023 Voter Sign Up Form
Help Determine the Ascend Agenda
OATUG members* are invited to vote on the presentation proposals submitted for Ascend 2023. Ascend 2023 is designed by Oracle users, for Oracle users. As a voter, you will be reading titles and abstracts and giving your opinion on the quality and relevance of the submissions. The votes form the basis on which the selection teams slate papers in each education track.
All OATUG member organizations are invited to participate in the voting process. In doing so, we amplify the voice of the OATUG membership and gain invaluable information to guide the creation of a conference agenda that best meets all members’ educational requirements.
Voting Process
1) One employee per member organization is allowed to vote in a single education track.
2) Multiple employees per member organization may vote in different education tracks.
3) Each voter is permitted to vote in more than one track.
The deadline for voter applications is January 27, 2023. Applicants will be notified of their accepted tracks by January 31. Voting will occur between January 31 and February 13, 2023. All participants will be sent simple instructions on how to vote.
