CHS Faculty Annual Report

All VCU Faculty need to provide an Annual Report by February 19, 2025. Please use this form to submit the information requested below and to upload your Annual Report document and CV as PDFs. Submissions that are not in PDF will be returned for correction.

Use this spreadsheet to calculate the means for your course evaluations (link will force a copy).

Information collected in this form — outside of the annual report and CV — will be used for reporting, analysis, and strategic planning by the College of Humanities and Sciences, not evaluative purposes.
