Grant Application

When a grant is solicited by a 9-R Employee, it is required that the requestor complete this form in its entirety.

GRANT REQUESTOR: Grant applications are only processed through an online system. Submit your application and upload the budget two weeks prior to the grant deadline. Once final district approval has been obtained, you will be notified via email and may then submit the grant application to the Grantor.

NOTE: All grant checks must be payable and sent to: Durango School District 9-R, 201 East 12th Street, Durango, CO 81301 Attn: Grants Fiscal Coordinator.

Please upload the budget in template format which can be found at https://www.durangoschools.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=459697&type=d&pREC_ID=1034481 or any additional grant documents. Please submit only one budget form per grant.
