Grant Application

When a grant is solicited by a 9-R Employee, it is required that the requestor complete this form in its entirety prior to submitting the application for the grant. For DEF grants, please go directly to the DEF webside and follow the instructions.


GRANT REQUESTOR: Grant applications are reviewed through this online system. Submit your application and upload the budget two weeks prior to the grant deadline. Once final district approval has been obtained, you will be notified via email and may then submit the grant application to the Grantor.


NOTE: All grant checks must be payable and sent to: Durango School District 9-R, 201 East 12th Street, Durango, CO 81301 Attn: Accounting Manager.
