After you digitally sign, date, and submit this form, please submit the following information by email to parc@parehabilitationcouncil.org

• Resume or brief biography highlighting career/qualifications/education
• Two to three reference letters from individuals familiar with your background in the disability field

Once all of your information is received, PaRC Administrative Support staff will contact you via email with more information. During the application process it is important to understand the following:

• Current Council members review all applications to determine eligibility and forward their recommendations to the Governor’s Office.
• Members may request applicants to complete a questionnaire and/or participate in an interview during the application process.
• Appointments from the Governor can be a lengthy process; therefore, it is important to apply for membership at your earliest convenience.
• As mandated by the Rehabilitation Act, the Council must fulfill various Categories of Representation. Once a category is filled or Council reaches full membership, applicants will remain on a waiting list and will be notified when a position of eligibility becomes available.
