Use of your data

This form is used to collect information about you in relation to registering to attend an online workshop with Scouts.


We will use the data collected in the following ways:

  • To contact you about future workshops if you give permission.
  • To report on location, registration numbers and attendance figures for workshops.
  • To report individual names, registration and attendance figure to local relevant line managers.


We do not share your personal data provided in this form with any third parties.


The data you provide us is securely stored in our internal encrypted servers and Smartsheet.com, in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law.


Your data will be stored for up to 12 months following your attendance at the workshop, after this time your data will be deleted.
