BF Policy Feedback

This form is for the purpose of collecting feedback in relation to BF Policies.


Data collected through this form will be held in accordance with the British Fencing Privacy Policy that can be found here: https://www.britishfencing.com/policy-zone/gdpr-data-protection/ and will not be shared with any other organisation. The personal data you have provided in this form will be used by BF for the following purposes:


To contact you in relation to the information provided on this form.

To contact you in relation to your participation in any follow-up events you have expressed an interest in attending.


BF will store and retain the personal data you have provided in this form as follows: Feedback will be retained for up to three years (a maximum of 36 months) at which point the data will be anonymised and all personal data deleted.

BF Policies are reviewed on a regular basis. In some cases individual consultations will take place on individual policies will eg the GBR Selection policy is issued for consultation every year before being finalised and approved by the BF Board.


This form provides a mechanism to submit feedback on any BF Policy which will be taken into account in the next review of that Policy.

If you are a BF Member please provide a number. This can be the club membership number if you are responding on behalf of a club.
