The Employee Engagement department of Georgia Tech Human Resources is excited to offer Communities of Connection, employee-initiated community groups for employees with common concerns/life experiences centered under at least one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness to offer support and connection for one another.

Thank you for your interest in creating a Community of Connection. Please use this form to submit your proposal and describe y our ideas.

Each Community of Connection must connect to at least one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. In addition, each proposed group must have a lead and co-lead, and 5 or more employees in agreement to create the group.
