Please submit the Exhibitor Booking Form below. We are still accepting bookings, however your business name will not be printed in the Event Guide as this deadline has passed and the guide has gone to print.



You will be sent an invoice upon acceptance which must be paid by the event to secure your site.

Your Business Details

This name will appear on the Tax Invoice issued for your site fee.

This is the person who will be our nominated contact for your involvement in the Scenic Rim Farming Expo.

Your Exhibitor Information

Please provide a summary of the product or service that you will be promoting at the event. This will greatly assist us to determine your site location and will be used in the promotion of your exhibit.

If you require access to power an additional charge will apply - $50 per 10amp and $75 per 15amp supplied. This will be invoiced along with your exhibitor fee. If you do not advise that you require power at time of submitting this form, we cannot guarantee supply.

Please detail each piece of equipment including total watts, phase and voltage if known.


All exhibitors must utilise appliances and electrical cords that have been tested and tagged by a qualified electrical contractor in the last 12 months.

Stallholders using gas cylinders must comply with the Queensland Government guidelines and checklist for managing gas safely at public events. Please confirm that you will comply with these guidelines.

Please upload a copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency. Please also provide your Food Business License (if applicable).

I confirm that if this booking is accepted by the Scenic Rim Agricultural Expo Committee, the exhibitor will comply with the Terms and Conditions of participation including paying the site fee advised in full by the due date.


I acknowledge that if payment of the site fee is not paid by the due date, no site will be reserved by the Committee for the exhibit. I further acknowledge that site fees are non-refundable after 1 June 2025.


I confirm that I have authority to accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all proprietors of the exhibitor.

This year high school students from across the Scenic Rim will be attending on Friday 13 June. We are keen to connect students with employment opportunities. Are you prepared to provide an insight into your job or career opportunities in your sector?


Students are also keen to learn about science and innovation in the agricultural sector. Could you share the science behind your product or service or explain an innovation? This could be through addressing the students or by offering a hands on demo.


If you are interested, please outline the insight you could offer.

Exhibitors are invited to register their interest to be part of the program of demonstrations and presentations across the two days.


Friday's program will focus more on B2B industry innovation, while Saturday's program will be tailored to be relevant to hobby and lifestyle farmers.
