Example: End users opt-in by visiting examplewebsite.com/applynow to start a mortgage application and fill out the information. Then, the end-user is prompted to add their email address and click the Continue button. End-users will then get prompted to choose an individual they've been in contact with; otherwise, someone will get assigned. The end users will then add their information, including their mobile numbers. There is a disclaimer: "By clicking "Register an account," I confirm that I have read the agreed to terms and conditions and agree to receive text messages from Total Expert." Once the end-user clicks on the "Register account" button, a text will be sent to the end-user and will include the method of opt-in to receive future text messages.
