Upload Proof of External and / or

Prior Training

Please use this form to upload proof of training attendance to earn digital micro-credentials towards completion of the Preparedness Pro digital credential. Trainings must have been completed within the past two (2) years.


Examples:

1) You completed CPR/AED training provided by the local Red Cross, not at UMB. Your CPR card is still valid (not expired).

2) You completed Stop the Bleed training at UMB within the past two (2) years, but before UMB began issuing digital micro-credentials and open badges in Fall 2022.


Note: If your course instructor issued a UMB digital micro-credential or open badge for completion of the training, you do not need to upload documentation for that course.
