Stock Gifts

These instructions are used exclusively for the transfer of U.S. stock gifts to Salem State University. This form serves as notification of your intention to make a gift of stock to Salem State. It is important that we are notified prior to every stock transfer, in order for us to accurately identify, allocate and acknowledge your gift.
