Entry form is for one artwork only.

If you are submitting more than one piece (maximum of 2), you need to fill out separate forms for each artwork.

1-Prepare a digital image of your artwork.

1 high resolution image, JPG format, crop to the image, without a frame
3D artwork, one view only against a plain background
Longest dimension between 2100 and 2400 pixels (this will make sure your image looks good in the catalog).
Name the file: LastFirst-title of piece.jpg — i.e., DoeJane-Untitled 309.jpg

2-Artist’s Statement

Write a unique statement directly related to this submitted artwork.
This statement should be 60 words minimum to 150 words maximum.

3-Fill and submit the form.

Provide the information requested.
Click on "Send me a copy of my responses" at the bottom of the form. The copy will come from SmartSheet, not PSA. You will need to attach this form to accepted artwork when delivering it to the gallery.
Make sure to "Sign and Date" at the bottom of the form.
Hit the SUBMIT button.

Digital Image Requirements:

1 Digital image of each artwork without frame.
3D artists submit 1 image only, plain background requested.
Accepted digital image file formats: JPG
File Size: 6MB or larger preferred (high resolution).
Image Resolution: Long side of image 7 inches at 300 pixels per inch or 2100 pixels, (maximum of 8 inches at 300 pixels/inch or 2400 pixels.)

In cases where artwork is exceptionally vertical or horizontal, images may be reformatted to fit the social media square. In all cases, we will make sure the work is well represented, noted as a "Detail" or "Cropped", and a link to the exhibition catalog will always be included.
