This is the proposal submission form for the OHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence, which will be held on May 16, 2025.

Our symposium aim is Advancing Educational Scholarship and Skills in Health Sciences.

Some things to consider before starting this proposal form:

• Our hope is to have the majority of SEE events in person, with some options for virtual attendance and/or participation.
• You are welcome to submit more than one proposal, though you must submit a separate survey for each proposal.
• The four types of proposals we are accepting for the Symposium are: Poster, Interactive Workshop, Snap Talk, and Table.
• You can find the details on types of proposals and questions this form will ask on the Call for Proposals document, and below (we recommend filling out your responses on a Word document before submitting here).

Important Dates:

Proposal submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15 (extended from previous deadline).

You will be notified of the committee's decision regarding your proposal by Fri., Feb. 21, 2025.
