Due to the volume of invitations, Governor Hochul is unable to accommodate all requests - a declination notice may be extended at any time without further comment or explanation. Please note that we typically do not confirm participation more than two weeks (14 days) in advance.

Due to the demands of the governor's schedule, it may be necessary to send an appropriate surrogate or correspondence in her place. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this invitation is transferable to a designee selected by the governor's office.
