Program Guidelines

  1. Confirmation required for commission on specification:
  2. Copy of spec is required for commission
  3. No "and or equals" will be accepted
  4. Laars Heating Systems must be the Basis of Design
  5. Proof of order completion required
  6. Copy of wholesalers PO
  7. Pictures of completed project if copy of PO in unavailable
  8. To receive commission(s), both Part 1 & Part 2 must be completed.
  9. All submissions must be submitted electronically using this form
