1. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winning.
2. Odds of winning depends on the number of entries received.
3. Coloring contest entries will be accepted from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. One entry per person.
4. To submit your entry, a coloring sheet must be completed and filled out, and a scan or photograph of the sheet must be submitted through the online form found at TruStone.org/Youth by 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2025 to be eligible to win. The image must be in PNG, JPG or GIF format. No other entry methods or image file formats permitted. All entries become the property of TruStone Financial and may be used for any purpose. TruStone will not be required to pay any consideration, or seek any approval, for the use of the entries.
5. Entries will be judged by TruStone employees. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
6. Prize: Winners per age group (0-6; 7-11) will receive a $50 Visa® gift card. One winner drawn from each age group during entry period: 1/1/25-3/31/25; 4/1/25-6/30/25; 7/1/25-9/30/25; 10/1/25-12/31/25.
7. All potential winners will be notified by telephone or email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first attempt by TruStone Financial, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners must make reasonable accommodations to receive the prize within 14 days of notification.
8. Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents in two age groups: 0-6 and 7-11 years old. Promotion is void outside the United States and entrants must be present in the United States at the time they enter. By participating in the contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of TruStone (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and winners and the awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.
9. Taxes on prizes, if any apply, and any cost incurred in traveling to the location of the prize pick-up or a TruStone Financial branch are the winner’s sole responsibility.
10. All entrants hold TruStone Financial and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising from or in connection with entrant’s participation in the contest. TruStone Financial is not responsible for any claim, injury, loss or damage to any person or property that arises out of acceptance or use of any prize.

By entering the contest and accepting a prize, you consent to the use of your child’s name (first name only), city, state and the image of the entry you provide in TruStone promotional materials, not limited to our digital channels (website, blog, Facebook, X and Instagram, etc). All winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition to receiving a prize. All documents must be returned by the deadline indicated in the documents.
13. TruStone is not responsible for any claim, injury, loss, or damage to any person or property that arises out of acceptance or use of any prize. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, X or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to TruStone, not Facebook, X or Instagram. You are providing your information to TruStone and not Facebook, X or Instagram.
14. TruStone is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (d) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from sponsor’s website or Facebook page, regardless of whether the material was prepared by sponsor or a third party and regardless of whether the material is connected to sponsor’s website by a hypertext link.
15. TruStone reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the contest at any time. All decisions by TruStone as to eligibility and the selection or disqualification of a winner or potential winner are final.
