FieldhouseUSA Frisco Basketball League Pre-Season Conflict Form

A team conflict is defined as a specific day/time that a team will be unable to participate due to not having the minimum (4) number of players to participate. Missing one or two players does not constitute a conflict unless it places you below the number of players required to play. If the coach is not able to be at the game, it does not constitute a conflict.

Teams are not able to request whole days off for the entire season. (Example – Teams cannot request no Sunday Games)

(Every Attempt will accommodate conflicts will be made, however conflict are not guaranteed)
