We attempt to deliver this to our clients by keeping it Simple, Accountable, and Consistent where we believe predicability breeds accuracy. We are a process oriented company where our goal is to deliver with effective communication & transparency.
This initial contact form helps us be better for you and lets face it YOU DESERVE BETTER!!! Our goal is to evaluate the items requested from this form to prepare for our initial visit. The system is designed to email you each step we take from beginning (an email sent that we have received your request) to the final step (where we send an email asking how we did).
Once at the visit we give an estimate that will come via email where we prefer the client approve the estimate (even if it is same day we will deliver the services) and if there is anything costing more/less than the estimate given we will note as to why it occurred (sometimes projects seem bigger than what they are as well as sometimes they seem smaller until we begin where other issues are discovered).
We believe that your trust is more important than the money we charge for a project. Once we start the project if it appears it will exceed more than 20% of the quoted estimated price we have given we will pause the project before proceeding. We will need a confirmation via text and/or email from you to approve moving forward. If during the project we discover it is outside of our scope of experience and/or requires a licensed professional we will stop. We will update you on the recommended course of action based on our experience. We are happy coordinate a licensed trade to come asses the situation. We are also happy to coordinate multiple quotes from several trades, however we do charge a fee for coordinating more than one quote from the same type of trade (for example, multiple plumbing quotes). We offer this to save you the time and create a convenience for you as we know your time is incredibly valuable.
