Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled PMO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and the ability to drive organizational success through effective project management and collaboration.

What You’ll Do: As a new and collaborative role, the PMO Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of Programs (and other directors and managers) to understand existing projects and processes. Success will be measured by the adoption of standardized project management practices and improved project and program delivery efficiency. This position will support programs through planning, monitoring, and reporting on the delivery of over 1,000 events annually. Additionally, this role will guide some of our teams through the development of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation. To support your success, we will offer comprehensive onboarding, mentoring, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration as you refine our PMO practices.

Our team primarily uses Smartsheet for project management planning and implementation. Smartsheet is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for collaboration and work management developed and marketed by Smartsheet Inc. It is used to assign tasks, track project progress, manage calendars, share documents, and manage other work. The ideal candidate is experienced in using this software or, at minimum, comfortable working with similar software and enjoys and excels at working in an SaaS environment.

The PMO Manager reports to the Senior Director of Programs.
