2025 Call for Volunteers


Volunteers are at the heart of what we do, and it is only because of the time and knowledge our volunteers contribute that we are able to fulfill our purpose. We hope, therefore, that you will consider responding to this Call for Volunteers for the term August 2025 through July 2026. Note: all IAVM members receive their own invitations. Do not forward to someone else, and please complete your application all the way through in one sitting.



Please complete this form and indicate your interest for no more than three committees from the committee list (select your first choice as your highest preference). All committee assignments are for one year, and you may renew in future years if you wish. You can view detailed committee roles and responsibilities here. 



You may select up to three committees in which you are interested; we encourage you to select multiple committees since many have limited space to accept new members. Guest Speaker Volunteer

Please let us know if you are willing to speak at universities either in-person or via video regarding your expertise and the venue industry. Volunteers will be contacted by IAVM's Academic Committee for topic preferences.
