GRLN Campaign Call for Participants
The University of California and UCSF’s Gender Recognition and Lived Name (GRLN) policy aims to ensure that all faculty, staff, learners, affiliates, learners and alumni are identified by their accurate gender identity and lived named in UCSF-issued documents and information systems and that everyone is empowered to do so in communications and interactions with all individuals.
To bring attention to the new GRLN policy, the Office of Communications team seeks stories from the UCSF Community to feature in an important awareness campaign. These stories aim to reflect the diverse experiences and identities of intersex, nonbinary and transgender people and how the GRLN policy impacts them. The campaign may include stories in Campus News and on social media. Participation is voluntary and participants will have their name and likeness displayed on a website with their permission.
If you are interested in participating in this awareness campaign, please answer the following three questions about the experiences and background that form your identity.
