This Smartsheet is for faculty with 5 LHE of Overload or less, who are scheduled on-campus two days per week who would like to request to use online synchronous office hours to satisfy their 3rd-day on-campus obligation. For faculty with more than 5 LHE of Overload who are scheduled on-campus three days per week, you may request to use online synchronous office hours to satisfy their 4th-day on-campus obligation.

Please indicate what your current teaching schedule is for Spring 2025 including CRN#, days where class will meet, time of class, as well as class location. EX: (12345 MW 8AM-11:15AM 61 - 3315). If your class is online please indicate if it is Asynchronous or Synchronous. Please do this for each CRN that you are teaching this fall and separate by line (press enter after each CRN).

After submitting your request, it will be reviewed by the division and you will be notified when it has been approved.
