Michigan's
Safeguarding Tomorrow Revolving Loan Fund (MiSTRLF) Notice of Interest (NOI) Form
The Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security (MSP/EMHSD) is seeking interest from communities in applying for low interest loans to implement hazard mitigation projects that reduce risks from natural hazards and disasters.
We ask communities that would be interested in applying for a loan, to complete the following Notice of Interest (NOI) form.
Please note, this is not a loan application. This request will alert MSP/EMHSD that you are interested in pursuing the MiSTRLF for your Hazard Mitigation Project. Our Team will reach out to you in order to coordinate a meeting so that the program, the application process, and any other questions can be addressed.
In order for any project to be considered it will have to be submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through a Proposed Project List (PPL). Our team will work to provide you with the information needed to add your hazard mitigation project to the PPL.
This form should only be completed by local or tribal governments; this form is not intended for individual use.
