2025 IEEE PES Grid Edge Contract Terms

By submitting this form you acknowledge:

You agree to follow all show related rules as provided under separate document. Booth contract terms are sent separately.

You are fully authorized to commit the company to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement will not constitute a joint venture, partnership, consortium, or any other form of business arrangement or organization other than the mutual understanding and the rights and obligations of the Parties as expressly set forth

Neither Party shall have the authority to bind the other Party or make any commitments of any kind for or on behalf of the other Party nor act as an agent or partner of the other for any purpose

This form serves as the Sponsorship Agreement made between IEEE PES Grid Edge (show management) and the Sponsor. This Agreement is not binding on IEEE PES unless or until IEEE PES sends the official confirmation and receives payment from the Sponsor

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with and governed in all aspects by the laws of the state of New Jersey.

Payment/Refund Policy

An invoice will be sent via email to the email address on file. Full payment is required thirty (30) calendar days from this Agreement or no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Failure to meet this requirement may result in Sponsor forfeiting the sponsorship and no sponsorship benefits will be delivered until full payment is received. No refunds will be given except in such instance where the event is cancelled.
