Use this form to complete the annual progress or final report for your active project reported in NIFA's NRS system.


Remember, these results are reviewed internally and by NIFA representatives and can be rejected or deferred.


Please avoid these common reasons for rejection or deferral:

  • Lack of specific details or responses are overly brief. Provided information is not clear.
  • Missing information or response does not address the question.
  • Submission uses future tense. Results should be about work already performed.
  • Comment field does not address why there is "Nothing Significant to Report"
