Prior to participation:

Special Olympics Athletes are required to complete the athlete registration form.

Unified Partners are required to complete the unified partner registration form and Protective Behaviors training.

Volunteers are required to complete the Class A volunteer registration form and Protective Behaviors training.

Completed forms can uploaded at the bottom of the page or be sent to laurentingley@sofl.org.
