Have your say on ambulance services

The WA government has made temporary changes aimed at improving access to emergency ambulance services provided by St John WA for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Western Australia.

There are two main changes being tried out until 30 September 2025:

1) Lowering the age for cheaper emergency ambulance services: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over can now get emergency ambulance services at a lower cost (free for people with a pension concession card, and half price for people without a pension concession card)

2) Free ambulance transport from Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) clinics to hospital when medically needed

By answering the questions below, you can have your say to the WA government on what you think about the changes, and whether they should continue beyond 30 September 2025.
