Term Withdrawal

  • Current Term Withdrawal. Unenroll from all classes for the current term. You must complete this in myWSU prior to petitioning. Current Term Withdrawal.
  • Past Term Withdrawal. Unenroll from all classes for a previous term. An administration fee will be applied, excluding summer.


Drop or Withdraw

  • Drop Class(es). Unenroll from one or more but not all classes. Classes will not appear on transcript.
  • Withdraw from Class(es). Unenroll from one or more but not all classes with a grade of "W" on transcript.


Change of Grade

  • Letter Grade to Pass/Fall Grade. Not permitted for UCORE or GER classes. Requires academic advisor approval to be attached as supporting documentation.
  • Pass/Fail to Letter Grade.
  • Letter Grade to Audit. Currently enrolled in the course, only need to change to Audit. Requires instructor approval to be attached as supporting documentation.
  • Audit to Letter Grade. Currently enrolled in the course, only need to change to Audit. Requires instructor approval to be attached as supporting documentation.


Add Class(es) for Credit. Requires instructor approval to be attached as supporting documentation. May result in additional tuition charges.


Add Class(es) as Audit. Requires instructor approval to be attached as supporting documentation. May result in additional tuition charges.

 

Academic Calendar Deadline Petitions (Undergraduate)

If you have reached this form and are a Graduate student, please return to the Petitions homepage (https://registrar.wsu.edu/petitions) and select the correct form. Petitions are sent to a committee to be reviewed, this process may take up to 6 weeks. Supporting documentation of extraordinary circumstances is REQUIRED for all Petitions. Submit separate petitions if you are requesting more than one term or type of request.
