The Diversity, Inclusion, and Outreach Office created this tool for all SoN stakeholders: Faculty, Learners, and, Staff. The resources are organized by stakeholder and type of challenge. Please "right-click" and open each of the links in a new window to preserve your form submission.

Please note that we take all reports of Harassment, Discrimination, Sexual Violence, or Sexual Harassment very seriously. If you have concerns, or questions or would like to file a report, you are welcome to meet with a member of the DIO staff before following up with the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination.

Occasionally policy concerns can be addressed with an additional review of either the Student, Staff, or Faculty Handbook. For challenges that require additional consultation or are still unresolved please contact, the DIO office.
