This form is for HAI HELI-EXPO 2023 confirmed exhibitors only. Requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meeting Space Availability

• HAI Show Management will assign a meeting space that best fits the request, based on available inventory.
• The contact specified on the form can expect a response and confirmation notice once the meeting space is reserved.
• HAI Show Management reserves the right to reject requests for any reason, including the limited availability of space.

Meeting Space Pricing

Complimentary meeting space - no fees

• One meeting room for one half day or one full day is complimentary

Once complimentary space is exceeded, fees will apply.

Breakdown of meeting space fees (when applicable)

Early bird discount - request received before January 23, 2023

• Half day meeting (4 hours) $500 USD
• Full day meeting $900 USD

Meeting space fees - request received after January 23, 2023

• Half day meeting (4 hours) $1,000 USD
• Full day meeting $1,200 USD

Additional Services

Exhibitors are responsible for contacting vendors to secure additional services (see below). Vendor contact information for additional services will be included in your meeting space confirmation.
