Donation Qualification:*

Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, or Ventura County.
The donation will be used for fundraising purposes.
You have not received a donation from MOXI this calendar year.
Donation request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
All information is entered correctly.

Note: Sorry, all requests outside of the above prerequisites will automatically be declined.
