To receive an enquiry response, please ensure you read and adhere to the terms and conditions below:

The total number of passengers must be between a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 80 to qualify for Group Travel.

If your group travel passenger numbers exceed 80, please submit multiple group travel enquiries. We recommend splitting passenger numbers equally for both adults and children.

Enquiries must be made no less than 7 working days prior to departure date

c2c services to/from London Liverpool Street (LST) and calling at Stratford (SRA) are only available at weekends for Group Travel.

Travel to/from Limehouse (LHS) is unavailable for groups of greater than 20 passengers.

c2c Group Travel Fare T&C Child Fares Notice:

Advanced c2c Group Travel child fare (£2 per child) applies to enquires made no less than 21 days prior to departure date.

Advanced c2c Group Travel summer child fare (£4 per child) will apply to all enquiries for June and July (made no less than 21 days prior to departure date).

National Rail standard child fare will apply to Group Travel enquires made within 21 days of intended travel date.

All adult fares are supplied with 16 - 25 Railcard Discount.

For every travelling adult under the TfL Family Travelcard product, 4 children travel for £2 each.
