Policy: With the approval of the chair of the major department and the graduate dean, a student may transfer up to six semester hours of graduate work completed at another accredited institution. Only courses with grades of "A" or "B" or "S" (satisfactory) which were accepted as graduate credit at the institution where the work was taken may be considered for graduate transfer. Transfer credits must have been completed within the previous six years.

Official transcripts of work to be transferred must be filed with the LU Registrar's Office prior to filing this form and a copy of the transcript must be submitted with this form to the Office of Graduate Studies.


It is recommended that graduate transfer credit be allowed as indicated below:
