AIR personnel may use this form to request event support, whether that be answering a few questions on UA event policies, event suggestions or support organizing an event.

The information you provide here does not need to be final -- of course things will change as you plan for your event, but this will provide us with 1) a way to track all AIR events, and 2) a general overview of what is needed for your event, so we know where to start.
Feel free to put "don't know" or "TBD" where applicable -- we can plug in those details later if they are unconfirmed.
