Healthcare Accessibility

Increase access to healthcare services for Georgia’s vulnerable and underserved populations through healthcare promotion, community partnerships, and service connectivity


Provider Enrollment

Increase Georgia’s Medicaid provider enrollment and retention by reducing barriers to an expedient and consistent user experience


Claims and Billing

Provide innovative solutions that improve the timeliness and accuracy of Georgia’s Medicaid claims review, adjudication, and payments


Prior Authorization

Promote timely patient access to treatment by identifying and reducing administrative barriers and clinical concerns in the utilization management of Georgia Medicaid
