Banking Changes will not be accepted via email or through this portal. You must drop off a signed original confirmation of banking or VOID Cheque from your Financial Institution to Human Resources. Letters for hours confirmation are intended for recent related experience requests only and not for the purpose of financial information. (To provide an accurate record of accumulated hours, for financial purposes, we recommend providing your pay statements).

I agree to have Human Resources process the replacement fee of $10.00 for my ID Badge from my next pay.

I authorize the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital to confirm my details of employment which will include, position, employment status, date of hire, Current Term/Contract End Date (if applicable) and salary. Your letter will be sent to your STEGH email only.

Parking Changes will be effective immediately unless a date is provided in the request details.

I authorization Human Resources to process my payroll deduction for parking effective upon activation. Full time - $20.00 per pay RPT/CPT - 0.32 cents per hour based on hours worked.

Human Resources will endeavour to complete all requests within 3 business days. If your request is urgent and requires immediate assistance please provide details. If you are current employee, all written responses will be sent to your STEGH email only.
