2024 ZAP Summer Passport Grantee/Division Partner Form


PROGRAM BASICS

The ZAP Summer Passport is a way for explorers (members of the public) of all ages to visit free and discounted activities and events hosted and presented by our grantees.


This year, the program runs June 1-August 23, 2024.



PARTNER OPTIONS

If your organization/County division is interested in partnering with ZAP this summer through any one or more of the options listed below, please complete this Partner Form with the requested details.


1) Be a Destination

2) Host an Interactive Booth at the Celebration Event

3) Provide Giveaway Prizes



GENERAL AGREEMENT

By submitting this form you agree to be a ZAP Summer Passport program partner. (ZAP will make contact if your submission requires clarification or is ineligible.) Partnering with ZAP for the ZAP Summer Passport program is not a contractual obligation of the ZAP program and will not impact funding. Partner's event information will be published on ZAP’s Summer Passport Destination Calendar and recognized at the Passport Celebration unless otherwise specified.

 

Contact Information

This individual will serve as the direct contact for your organization/division should we have questions or need to direct a member of the public to your organization/division for assistance.

 
 
 

Participants must be a currently funded ZAP grantee or a SLCo division.

 
 
 
 
 

1. Be a Destination

If you are submitting a series of events, you may enter all of their information into one form submission (please be clear which event descriptions/dates & times/addresses go with which).

 
 
 

2. Host an Interactive Booth at the Celebration Event

 

This year's Passport Party will be Friday, August 23, 4:00-8:00PM at Wheeler Historic Farm. Booths must have an interactive element (a prize wheel does not count).

 
 

3. Provide Giveaway Prizes

Your organization can provide ZAP with a physical prize to distribute during the Celebration or ZAP can provide your organization with winner information to coordinate disbursing the prize yourselves.
