Orders will be processed as they are received. We require 24 hours upon receipt of the order to fulfill requests.

You will receive an email when the order is ready for pick up. Orders are held for 24 hours. The library is closed on weekends.

If we are out of an item, we will substitute with what we have. (ex: a different brand of red pen)
