Disclosure: The DAWN Center(s) caters to adult population within the City of Houston. DAWN does not provide clinical services at outreach events (ex: finger stick testing, blood pressure screenings, etc.) . During outreach events, we perform diabetes risk testing, distribute diabetes education materials, and information regarding the services our program offers. DAWN is available to work outreach events Monday - Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
