Grill Request Form

If you are making a reservation for a Saint Leo University department or organization, please use the Facility Reservation Request Form. Individuals with grill reservations will need to sign an acknowledgement of the Grill Policy and provide a credit card for a damage/cleaning deposit. No charges will be applied unless the grill or equipment is not returned in its original condition. 24-hour advance notice required.


Included with reservation: grill utensils/cleaning supplies and use of outdoor tables and chairs in grill area. Requestor must provide food, beverages, ice, etc. No alcoholic beverages permitted.
