Depending on the data privacy laws and regulations of the country/region in which you live, you may have the right to:

•    know what personal information Clario collects about you

•    know what Clario does with your personal information

•    access your personal information

•    know if, how, and to whom Clario sells your personal information

•    rectify inaccuracies of your personal information

•    erase your personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements (‘right to be forgotten’)

•    restrict or halt Clario’s processing of your personal information

•    receive your personal information from Clario in a transferrable format (‘data portability’)

•    object (as defined in the applicable legislation)

•    an accounting of disclosures

•    certain treatment with respect to automated decision-making and profiling

If you would like to exercise your privacy right(s) under applicable law, please submit a Subject Access Request to Clario’s Data Privacy Department (the “DPD”) by completing this form. Once you have provided the requested information and clicked “Submit,” the DPD will review your form and respond to you, typically within thirty (30) days of receipt. Clario will not subject you to discriminatory treatment on the basis of your decision to exercise your privacy rights. Please note that Clario may not be required under applicable law to fulfil all requests.

CCPA Notice: Clario does not "sell" your personal information within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Google Play Store Notice: Clario is the developer of the eCOA App. Any requests relating to the deletion of personal information from the eCOA App may be submitted to Clario's Data Privacy Department using this Subject Access Request form. This applies to apps published under the developer account “eCOA” as well as “Clario Clinical eCOA.”
