All Sourcewell Participating Agencies have access to the following Sourcewell awarded Grainger contracts (collectively, Vendor Agreements):

• Facilities, Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Related Supplies #091422-WWG | Expires: Nov 8, 2026
• Public Safety and Emergency Management Equipment, Tool, and Supply Catalog Solutions #080922-WWG | Expires: Oct 7, 2026
• Law Enforcement Equipment #090122-WWG | Expires: Nov 7, 2026

Prior to access/use of one or more Vendor Agreements, Sourcewell Participating Agencies are required to complete this Grainger Contract Affiliation Form. By submitting this form, the Sourcewell Participating Agency Understands & Acknowledges:

Participating Agency has the option to affiliate to one (1) or more Vendor Agreements;

• Once affiliated, Participating Agency purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Vendor Agreement to which they are affiliated listed above,
• Terms and conditions associated with Vendor Agreements referenced herein supersede all previous Sourcewell awarded Vendor Agreements;
• In order to access/use Vendor Agreement unique benefits such as agreement-specific market basket pricing, also known as “Hot List” (grouping of discounted products, when such a benefit is offered), Participating Agency must select the “Hot List” it intends to access/use on the Grainger Contract Affiliation Form;
• Participating Agency understands that affiliation, unless otherwise terminated, will remain in effect throughout the term of the Vendor Agreement, including any agreement extensions.
• There are no minimum purchase requirements under any Vendor Agreement.
